What services do you offer?
We provide monthly bookkeeping, account reconciliation, catch-up and clean-up bookkeeping, invoicing, financial reporting, QuickBooks setup, and ongoing support for small and growing businesses.
How do your pricing packages work?
Our pricing is based on the number of monthly transactions your business processes.
We offer three flexible packages:
Starter: Up to 75 transactions/month
Standard: 76–200 transactions/month
Premium: 201–500 transactions/month
Each package includes accurate categorization, reconciliation, and monthly reports
What is considered a “transaction”?
Any movement of money in or out of your accounts counts as a transaction.
This includes deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and charges.
Do you work with businesses outside of the USA?
Yes. We support clients worldwide as long as they use cloud-based accounting software such as QuickBooks Online.
Which accounting software do you use?
We ONLY use QuickBooks Online.
How do I submit my receipts and bank statements?
You can upload documents through our Client Forms page, email them, or connect your bank feeds directly inside QuickBooks Online for automatic syncing.
Do you offer catch-up bookkeeping for past months or years?
Absolutely. Whether you’re a few months or several years behind, we can bring your books up to date quickly, accurately, and confidentially.
What if I’m not sure which package fits my business?
No problem! Book a consultation and we’ll guide you based on your transaction volume and business needs.

How do I pay for services?
Once your package is chosen, you will receive a monthly invoice. Payments can be made online through secure methods.
What happens during the consultation?
We review your current bookkeeping situation, discuss your goals, determine your transaction volume, and recommend the best package for your business.
Do you offer payroll or tax services?
Not at this time. Our focus is on accurate bookkeeping, clean records, and clear financial reporting. However, we can work directly with your accountant or tax professional.
Do you require a contract?
No long-term contracts. Our services operate on a month-to-month basis so you can cancel anytime.
Is my financial information kept confidential?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. All documents and data shared with Secure Bookkeeping Services are kept strictly confidential and secured with encryption methods and safe storage practices.
How soon can I get started?
As soon as you complete the New Client Intake Form, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to begin onboarding and request initial documents.
